Nancy Mercurio

Nancy Mercurio is President of Leadership Training Systems Inc., an organization that has been providing training, coaching, and consulting services to leaders in Fortune 100 organizations and government agencies since 1995. Domestic and global clients served include: Abbott Laboratories, Abbott Vascular, Intel, Johnson & Johnson, KPMG, MasterCard, National Security Agency, NASA, Pfizer, UMASS Memorial Health Care, HHC (MetroPlus Health Plan), U.S. Air Force, L3, Sumitomo and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in numerous locations.

Featured in Fortune Magazine for her abilities to drive change as an Executive Coach, Nancy is best known for successfully guiding leaders and organizations in maximizing productivity and profitability through leveraging human assets.

Using a variety of DiSC Assessment tools, Nancy helps people uncover their behavioral DNA, and evaluate the impact of their behaviors in the organizations they serve. Through self-discovery and guided practices, Nancy empowers individuals to further develop their talents and maximize daily contributions.

Business books she has authored include: Leadership With A Heart-The Human Side of Management, Mastering Individual Effectiveness, and Elevating Yourself For Success: A Leadership Perspective.

OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENTS: As an internationally televised speaker, Nancy delivered more than 100 programs on PBS The Business and Management Channel, Federal Training Network, National Technological University’s Engineering and IT Channels, and TSN. Nancy’s programs featured such globally recognized icons as John Carrow, CIO of Unisys Corporation, and Paul Orfalea, Founder of Kinko’s.

Other televised accomplishments include creating and hosting the internationally televised program Success@Work and being featured as one of only four women appearing in The PBS Business and Management Channel special program Women in Management.

Academic efforts include having served as Dean of Business and Industry Training and Continuing Education and as a highly respected adjunct faculty member in the Business Management department.

EDUCATION: Nancy has a Master’s Degree in Management-Human Relations and Organizational Behavior, has earned membership into the National Speakers Association, and has been featured in Who’s Who of Women Executives. She has written numerous management articles that have been published in multiple countries.

Jeffrey King

Jeffrey King is co-owner and Vice President of Leadership Training Systems Inc. (LTS), an organization that has been providing training, coaching, and consulting services to Fortune 100 organizations and government agencies since 1995. Domestic and global clients served include: Abbott Laboratories, Abbott Vascular, Intel, Johnson & Johnson, KPMG, MasterCard, National Security Agency, NASA, Pfizer, UMASS Memorial Health Care, HHC (MetroPlus Health Plan), U.S. Air Force, L3, Sumitomo and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

Jeffrey has been a pioneer in organizational development since 1995. As a technology expert, he helped organizations transition into the new millennium; managed the conversion of more than 200 video training programs into customized, online tutorial programs; led the satellite delivery of more than 700 programs to 600,000 participants; and has driven the virtual delivery of online leadership courses which to date have served more than 2000 leaders.

Through his work as Assistant Producer in the delivery of both live and tape-delayed programs, he has worked with world icons such as John Carrow, CIO of Unisys Corporation, and Paul Orfalea, founder of Kinkos.

In 2000, Jeffrey’s interest in training led him to becoming a behavioral profile specialist with the InnerView. In 2005 Jeffrey became an Wiley Authorized Partner of the Everything DiSC® profiling system. As a Certified Facilitator for Everything Workplace DiSC® and Certified Facilitator for Everything Manager DiSC, Jeffrey has been an international, award-winning specialist in the facilitation of behavioral profiles using the DiSC® for over 15 years. He is also an Accredited Facilitator for The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team assessment; delivering executive team building programs nationally. Additionally, he serves as a consultant to client organizations in the use and implementation of these tools.

Additional accomplishments include having co-authored the book Mastering Individual Effectiveness, he holds Novell Certification, and has a degree in technology.
